Note that augments over-write, so if you augment using a lvl 90 gem, then a lvl 95 gem later, you get 90 * 5 = 450 stat the first time, and then 95 * 5=475 stat the second time that replaces the 450, it does not add to it.Īny legendary gem can be used, provided it is of sufficient level, however some legendary gems have level caps which can cause issues, and also the “gem of ease” can result in accidentally using the other recipe for it, that removes item level requirement, if not done carefully, so often it’s best to avoid that one.
